December 2020 months Gst was Nill,
For the month Of January my liability arise is
IGST - 3441.81
SGST- 727.17, CGST 727.17.
, and i have credit ledger more then liability arise.
my question is this know i am liable to make PMT - 06 challan for the month for January 2021, or not?????

You should pay gst for the quarter of Jan to Mar in april 25th
No liability is required to be paid. As you have sufficient amt in ECrL
