DEAR ALL,

ESTABLISHMENT GST REGISTERED IN TELANGANA STATE AND PLACE OF SERVICES IN KERALA. MY QUESTION IS DO THEY REGISTER GST IN KERALA STATE.OR ONE REGISTRATION IS ENOUGH PLEASE CLARIFY WITH GST ACT.

 

SUPPLY OF SERVICES : YOGA,BEAUTICIAN SERVICES

Yes you can supply services in Kerala while having Registration in Telangana (Refer Section 22 of CGST Act)

No... The Beauty Parlour service is required registration in Kerala.. POS is Kerala.

It is mandatory to get GST registration in Kerala state as that is the primary place of business.
