I am trying to upload GST 3B for the month of August 2017 but could not be filed due to non updation of GST payment made (payment made on 19th September, 2017) through NEFT via Kotak Bank in Electronic Cash Ledger in GST portal. I have already linked UTR number with CPIN at GST portal. Please guide what to do now.

i have mentioned RBI Account no and CPIN generated at gst portal

Challan is fine and whether challan history status showing for same cpin paid or not? If UTR linked properly then status should be paid.
Note that when payment made through NEFT, It sometimes take 24 Housrs to update in in GST Portal. So always pay before two days of due date.

I PAID GST THROUGHT NEFT RTGS MODE ITS PAID BEFOR 1 HOUR AND I LINKED THE UTR NUM ALSO BUT IS SAY NOTPAID
WE GENERATED CHALLAN BY SELECTING E-PAYMENT MODE IN GST PORTAL AND CPIN IS GENERATED. BUT HOWEVER, PAYMENT IS MADE AGAINST E-PAYMENT CPIN THROUGH NEFT MODE IN THE BANK PORTAL AND UTR IS GENERATED. NOW WE DO NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO UPDATE UTR NUMBER AGAINST THE E-PAYMENT CHALLAN IN GST PORTAL. WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?
WILL THE AMOUNT DEBITED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT GET RE CREDITED TO OUR ACCOUNT?
