Due Date of Filing of GSTR 3B for Particular Month is 20th Day of Successive Month (in Normal Senario and unless extended by Board vide notifications).
U cannot file GSTR3B without discharging Tax Liability, if any by setting off through Input Tax Credit or paying through CASH.
