In non core how to edit phone number and mail id of the owner?

In non core fileds there is tab of proprietor or partners details .In this tab change phone no and mail id of the owner .Portal will verify by sending OTP and then submit the amendment application .Within 15 mins(may take more time) you will get ARN generated then your phone no and mail id will change

Yes, you can update your new Email I'd and registered mobile number by ammending gst registration.
