Dear folks,

One of my GST client mistakenly not mentioned his Godown details while Registration, Now 2 days before GST Enforcement Wings maid raid on the Godown and steal only some Khata.. so seazed, even not issued any notice,, may be the reason ..............!!! Now the supritendent verbally saying as the Godown not registered in GST you have pay full amount of tax along with 100% panalty , or pay,..........!! I have total documentary proof of said stock.. now what should I do to avoid it.. Should I insist to make demand notice and file Appeal later on .. or what to do.. please suggest...

First of all Amend your GST application online to avoid further litigation!
please check your registered email or on the portal of GST after login that is there any notice or communication from Department regarding the same issue !
If not than no need to discharge any amount as penalty as officer cant ask verbally to discharge any liability!

If there is any communication from department then reply with the copy of application of amendment of registration with stock details and other relevant documents to proper jurisdictional officer !
