GST or IGST for manufacturer

sir, I am a small manufacturer of bags . still I have no vat due to proof of business and proof of address. b coz I rented a room for manufacturing bag but owner not giving noc to get vat. what to do? but buyer wants purchase bill . I bought accessories from different shop which is urd. I make bags and sell it into market. but they demand bill.

Get Noc from the owner, Get VAT Registration & thereafter migrate to GST.

Under new GST regime, when a registered supplier procure goods or services from a non registered supplier, registered supplier is required to pay GST under reverse charge mechanism. The registered suppliers will not prefer to procure goods from non-registered vendor. Thus it shall be necessary for you to get registered under GST for benefit of your own business.
