GST is not applicable on salary and wages its under Schedule III of CGST act 2017.
Sir one more doubt, I pay amount for welder (3rd person) it's affect tds and gst

But, TDS applicable if value exceeding as per law & also tds provisions.

The Welder is your employee then Yes it's wages and accountable under Direct Expense...
If welder is not Your employee and He is giving labour service to you then it's account under Expenditure as Labour service...
