ABC COMPANY take industrial project from xyz motors. in this case ABC paid wages to employes it's applicable for gst

GST is not applicable on salary and wages its under Schedule III of CGST act 2017.

GST not applicable...

But, TDS applicable if value exceeding as per law & also tds provisions.

Welder payment it's comes under wages under direct expenses. its correct or wrong

The Welder is your employee then Yes it's wages and accountable under Direct Expense...
If welder is not Your employee and He is giving labour service to you then it's account under Expenditure as Labour service...
