Gst on underconstruction property
I had made payment of 10% on underconstruction property.But now builder saying i have to pay Gst at 12% on 32.5% of payment but accing to new rule gst is 5% on payment made after april kindly help in this regard

He may be correct, if the project has been completed to 32% by the end of the FY.
