Gst on tv purchase
can I take gst ITC on TV purchase in the name of company...

No you can't..... As per Sec 17(5).
but mam I have TV use in my office than what?
As per Section 16 (1) of CGST Act, 2017, if the inputs are used or intended to be used in the course or furtherance of his business, then only ITC can be claimed.

YES U CAN .. IF CONSIDERED AS A FIXED ASSETS

THEN U CAN AVAIL
If you purchase on co. name then only you claim ITC on such purchase.
if the TV is used for business then you Credit can be claimed
