If Transporter is Charging GST in His Bill then What should we do, Should we Pay Under GST or Pay to Transporter
IF GTA is charging at 12%. it means GTA has opted for forward charge, hence no reverse charge liability arises on recipient .
simply take it as input service like any others services. Claim ITC straightway
