my company's HO is in Maharashtra.I have taken GST no. only for my HO and not for branches. now I want to transfer my Uttar Pradesh goods in assam state but i dont have gst number for any of the state.
what will be the procedure for transfer of stock ?
is GST applicable?

incase of inter state supply gst registration is compulsory & as branch is in different state ,state wise registration is required
