I have two situation for stock transfer.please guide which type of documentation is required and which tax to be charged in each situation
situation 1)
branch in Gujarat sends material to jobworker in gujarat.and jobworker sends material to branch in Maharashtra after processing.
situation 2)
branch in Gujarat sends material to jobworker in Maharashtra and jobworker sends material to branch in Maharashtra after processing.
please clarify

If stock t/f is within state then NO GST But if outside state then IGST shall charge.

Case 1 at the time of supply from job worker to Maharashtra Branch IGST will be payable by Gujrat office
Case 2 at the time of supply from gujrat office to job worker IGST will be payable by Gujrat office
Dear Lalit, in the Case 1 situation please clarify whether IGST will be payable by Gujarat office or the Job worker when sending material to Maharashtra office!!. i mean who will raise invoice?
