Hello. I am commission agent who sells coconuts from a coconut trader on commission basis to anywhere inside India.
I receive a fixed commission to find a buyer for a specific seller of coconuts. Just like a deal setter intermediary. I don't take any possession of coconuts nor do i incur any expense in the process of selling.
So am I liable to pay GST considering the fact that coconut is an agricultural produce?
