In my one of client GST invoice received from security agency and they took Credit of GST
Is it right ?
Or we have to take non GST invoice and pay RCM?

If the service provider hv gst and the person receiving the service hv gst , then the person receiving the service can claim gst.

Security service agencies have to file their GST return in RCM Basis.So you have to ask Security services to give Non-Gst invoice and pay GST on RCM basis and take ITC...

Depends whether the security personnel provider is a corporate or not
