If we received goods/services from an unregistered dealer and the goods /services are not falling under reverse charge regime
so, can we sell that goods/services including gst ?
I guess we can. Please advise

If you're registered in GST then you can sale unless it is an exempt goods or services

If you are selling including GST you will nevertheless show the GST amount in the invoice.
