Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether a registered business can sell goods or services acquired from an unregistered dealer, especially when the reverse charge mechanism doesn't apply. The consensus is that you can sell these items, provided they are not exempt goods or services. When invoicing, you must still declare the GST amount, even if the original purchase didn't involve GST.

If you're registered in GST then you can sale unless it is an exempt goods or services
Thanks
You're welcome

If you are selling including GST you will nevertheless show the GST amount in the invoice.
