my company registered in Punjab
and gta received me register party party is registered in Punjab but stock send to up
what is the treatment of reverse charge deposit in igst or cgst sgst plz clearfy

If palce of supply is different from Punjab then there will be igst applicablem

Basic funda is if GTA is registered and received payment from registered party then POS is registered party's location and tax will be either IGST if out side state and CGST and SGST within state. if GTA is URD then CGST and SGST applicable.
