Gst on revenue sharing Agreement

hello all,

ex: A is the landlord and B takes A's land for running a restaurant business after incurring some expenses on development. Now both A & B entered into revenue sharing agreement of 30:70. In this case, will the gst be applicable in 30% revenue share of landlord.

please suggest an answer.

thank you

In a revenue sharing agreement, the land owner supplies land and the developer contributes in the form of development activity. Both parties together enter into a sale document with the buyer. It is the Buyer who is the ultimate receiver of the service and he pays GST as per the Notifications issued from time to time.
