Gst on repair & maintanance
I received invoice for repair & maintenance. party not charges any tax due to not crossing the turnover limit. so in this case GST is applicable or not ?

If you are registered under GST you need to pay GST on such inward supply under reverse charge subject to Notification No.8/2017-Central Tax (Rate)
