if a GST dealer whose business turnover is above 2 crores got rent as additional income from his property , is liable to collect GST on rent. please clarify.

If the above said Rental income from Commercial property then GST will be Chargeable.
If the above said Rental income from Commercial property then GST will be Chargeable.
gst is only applicable on rent if the property is used for commercial purpose. if property is residential but used for commercial purposes then gst also applicable .
dear sir, i have paid rent 1 lac rs.for godam used for commercial purpose.accounting year 2017-2018. ihave not paid gst for the same .also receiver has not paid paid gst.please advice me tax applicability

RCM not applicable from 13th October 2017 to 31st March 2019...
But.,
