my properitor ship firm is registered under GST
i have also rental income in my personal a.c. , not in firm name ...is GST applicable on rental income also.

if both are un registered, no tax liability will arise.
if service provider is un registered, and service receipent is registered, then receipent will pay if his total payment to unregistered dealers on that day is more than 5000
