My Brother give DG set to bank as a rent . He received rent ₹ 20000 in a month from bank. In this case gst applicable on rent or not?

If you are registered under GST , then YES it is applicable @ 18%.

Recent changes Trishold limit 180000 to 240000/for tds deduction
