GST on packaged Softdrinks served on restaurants

What is the GST rate on soda/ cola served on a restaurant?. Whether it is taxable as services @ 5% or taxable as goods @ 18%/28%? These are served in restaurants and no take ways.

Except Resturant located in hotel were the Room tariff is more then 7500/-
