I want to start Swiggy Genie like hyperlocal delivery service. Restaurants/retailers will not be selling/affiliated to our platform. We will deliver goods from whichever restaurant/retailer whichever item our customer orders. What will be our gst rates and hsn/sac code? If restaurant is gst registered can I claim ITC?
