Sir,

We are an Automobile Dealler. We Pay fee to our advocate. But we not pay any tax on it for year 2017-18 . Can we pay tax on it ? if yes how we pay tax?Please give the process.

Gst on Freight charges 

We not pay any taxes on Freight charges for last F.Y.2017-18 , so can we pay tax on it . If yes please give the process.

ADVOCATE : RCM APPLICABLE. So, please pay RCM

Transporter : Check GTA or not and Pay RCM if applicable as per your transport
