What is the starting limit to pay gst on hotel leaseIf a person lease a hotel to someone at a amount of rs 16 lakhs do he have to take gst registration and collect gst one the lease amount or there is any limit for the same

If the aggregate turnover in a financial year does not exceed threshold limit i.e. Rs.20 Lakhs for services, then you are not required to obtain GST Registration mandatorily.
No need to obtain gst registration from rs 16 lakhs. The limit is 20 lakhs for services.
