Gst on import ocean frieght

Appreicate if anyone advise  that GST rate on import  ocean fright

IT IS 5% WITHOUT ITC.

Ocean freight is a part of CIF value on which CD and IGST is levied. IGST can be claimed as ITC if importer is GST registred and the goods are imported for business.
