Gst based on destination principle...
1. import of goods or services will attract IGST as it inter transaction inclusive of custom duty.
2. exporter exporting goods regarded as zero rated supply where no GST is levied but supplier can claim input tax credit over the export made
for any further query feel free to respond..
what if Registered person in India purchase goods from Singapore and orders the Singapore company to supply the goods to ex. Saudi.

Saudi company makes payment to Indian company and there after Indian company makes payment to Singapore company.

whether the purchase from Singapore co. treated as deemed import.

what are the compliance to be made while making payment to Singapore co.

whether the payment made to Singapore co. without treating as import and not paying customs will be allowed as expenditure in income tax
this case amounts import of goods where recipient shall pay IGST along with custom duty together to custom department (prepaid payment)
para 7 of schedule III says it's not a supply
