GST on guest lecture services provided to education institutions
I would like to know if GST is applicable for guest lecture services provided at education institutions. The colleges I interact with are if the opinion that eduxation services are exempt from GST but I could find no such circular or information.

Notification 12/2017 Central Tax Rate exempts educational institue from GST. However, of you are a registered person then you will charge GST in your bill, otherwise not.
