GST on GTA under forward charges
Can a GTA pay gst @ 5% under forward charge without availing input tax credit

If the GTA opts to pay tax @ 12% under forward charge, such GTA shall be liable to pay tax. The recipient of GTA services shall be eligible to take ITC of GST paid whether 5% or 12% by him.
