GST ON FREIGHT ADVANCE ON TAXABLE GOODS
we are selling Rice bran which is taxable @ 5% ie by product of taxfree rice. As we sell to bran to other parties we pay advance to transporter on behalf of party and charged in invoice please clarify should I charge 5% GST on freight amount.

If whole the amount is paid by customer, there is no requirement to raise GST on such freight, it's only reimbursement of expenses.
