Is there any exemption to SEZ for not getting charged GST on food they av
ail?

Prepare the bill in any name and and enter GSTIN, the hotel cannot charge IGST.

Please refer Section 12(3)(b) read with Section 7

ANY SUPPLY FROM SEZ UNIT TO DTA SHALL BE TREATED AS IMPORTS & WOULD BE TAXABLE UNDER REVERSE CHARGES

SO RCM IS APPLICABLE
