Prepare the bill in any name and and enter GSTIN, the hotel cannot charge IGST.

ANY SUPPLY FROM SEZ UNIT TO DTA SHALL BE TREATED AS IMPORTS & WOULD BE TAXABLE UNDER REVERSE CHARGES
SO RCM IS APPLICABLE
