I am planning to open up a food delivery app like SWIGGY, ZOMATO. However, I have discovered that many of the client restaurants do not hold a GST Registration and not even a PAN ins some cases.
Is it possible to bring them on the platform, given No GST?
Can you please give a brief of the tax implications out in this segment?
