Gst on flat (residential) under construction
An agreement for construction of flat (residential) is entered before 01st July, 2017 and half consideration is to be paid after issuance of completion certificate; whether GST would be applicable on payments made after applicability of GST?

naye GST se ghar banane ke saman par kya asar aaya hai pl bataye
For all the balance dues from 1st July, 17 will attract GST over it........
