national clients using internet and phone call. I m based at Mumbai and my client is based at USA, uk and Singapore...do I need to register for GST? as in my case I work as an expert on panel of a webportal who get me a project and also make payment. PL clarify.

Just take a registration of GST and you can claim refund of GST paid by you on your expenses.
at present my turnover is less than 20 lakhs...
