One of our client is running a educational institution is GST applicable for educational instituion . Or service tax is applicable for them .
I want to know whether any of the above is applicable for them .

Firstly service tax will stand Abolish after introduction of GST and educational institutes are exempted under gst means they are not required to pay neither GST nor service tax.
No registration required under GST.
Educational Institutions providing education upto 12th standard is out of GST
No GST will be charged in it.
If the institution is running college than will gst applicable
