my claint is doctor and his do on practice. and some time he is part time in other hospital thane his applicable for gst number or not...plz all expert tail mi urgent...

Health care services by clinical establishment, an authorized medical practitioner or Para – medics;

Services provided by way of transportation of a patient in an ambulance, other than those specified in above.

above services are exempt. Except the above services, other services are taxable.

Please note that there is no clarification in GST for the terms -
a. Health care services
b. Clinical Establishment
c. Authorized Medical Practitioner

The Doctor only give services then no need registration under GST irrespective of Turn Over...

Dear raj p m sir suppose Doctor income is 21 lac thane i am liable but expanstion is applicable 0n 20 lac or what otherwise i am pay tax on 1 lac or what?
