Having an oral contract with courier service for the year, does I should deduct TDS on it??
Same contract we have with internet service provider and J.K.Transport company is TDS applicable???

Tax to be deducted at source on courier/transport charges subject to the provisions of section 194C. No TDS on internet charges.
