SIR PLEASE GUIDE ME IS GST APPLICABLE ON COMPUTER TRAINING INSTITUTE HAVING TURNOVER 10 LAKH PER ANNUM?

For service industry threshold is 20 Lakhs

Yes GST applicable for Computer Training Institute.
But, Threshold limit is 20 lakhs for services.
So, In Your case GST registration not required (or applicable).
