GST on Commission Income (sec 194H, income tax act)
I(as a trader) have shown certain income from my parent company as commission received under Indirect Income in balance sheet/ PL a/c. GST will applicable or not? If so, please clarify with example.

GST registration is compulsory irrespective of Turnover for Commission Agents & Brokers & GST Rate Applicable is 18%.
If you are registered under GST then you have to pay GST on commission income also.
