gst on commercial rent receipt

dear sir,
if a gst registered dealer have rent income Rs.3 lack per annum from commercial house property, in this case he should collect gst on this rent receipt?

Yes......... once registered  all the taxable supplies (of RD) are to be charged GST.

we should collect from all our rented shops or only rent exceeds Rs.10000 per month and per Shop

All the rental incomes without any difference of rate or kind........ but exempted are residential units for residential purpose.
