(1) IN COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION, RCM IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR PURCHASING MORE THEN 20% MATERIAL FROM URD.???
(2) Some of the services like legal services, goods transportation agency services, sponsorship services are liable to RCM, Right ??
(3) if cement purchase from URD then it should be lible for RCM in fully commercial property??
