GST ON CC FLAT SALE

Sir,

Sale a flat after cc.
please advice it is exempted or non gst
and where to show in Gstr1 and gstr 3B.

There is no tax incidence and come to non taxable category.

If no money was received before CC then no GST. If any money was received before CC then whole flat value to be taxed under GST
