Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the Goods and Services Tax (GST) implications for selling a flat after receiving the completion certificate (CC). Generally, if no payment was received before the CC, the sale is considered non-taxable. However, if any payments were made prior to the CC, the entire flat value may be subject to GST.

There is no tax incidence and come to non taxable category.

If no money was received before CC then no GST. If any money was received before CC then whole flat value to be taxed under GST

Thank you sir for your valuable reply, but sir I want to know this is exempt or non gst and where to show in return
