Gst on bill to - ship to transaction

A Principal Supplier from Haryana supplies goods as per instructions of Buyer which is from Maharashtra, to deliver the goods to recipient which is located also in other city of Maharashtra. In the above scenario which type of GST liable for the above transaction. Anybody please advise for the same. Regards,
