I am an aquaculture farmer.
Our business is shrimp farming. As the sale of our shrimps is exempt from gst which is 0%. Do we have to register for GST.
The feed, shrimp seed we buy has 0% GST.
Only few things like aerators and minerals have GST which we pay but as we use them for our end use, is it necessary for me to register under GST.
I read somewhere that the products that not exempt from GST it is not required to register even if the revenue limit exceeds that is prescribed.
