one of my client(individual)purchase agriculture product from farmers and supply directly hotel industry .his turn over is more than crore.is gst applicable?

No GST applicable if Trading in Fresh Vegetables & Fruits, Milk etc
Turnover is more than threshold limit then gst registration is mandatory?
