My one client is engaged in trading of Soyabean. Pls suggest its fall under the category of agriculture produce or non agriculture produce...pls refer with notification no. if possible..
We want to know one more thing that if my client had purchased the soyabean for the period 01.07.2017 to 12.10.2017 GST will be applicable under RCM as per section 9(4) or not.

If he is a registered dealer he has to abide by Rcm rules.It will be charged to your client.
