GST Number cancelled
My Client GST Number is Cancelled by Suo-Moto but still he receives Notices like 3A and other defaulters Now Number is already cancelled how can I stop receives Notices from Department.

Check whether final return filed and what was the effective date of cancellation.

Not filled any Final return Registration cancelled by Govt.. Due to huge peaty Client not filling any return. bur Notices reeving till date how can i stop it
What is the effective date of cancellation? You will have to file returns due before that date
Suo moto cancellation does not mean the liabilities are canceled. Tax, interest, penalties are still pending are the part of your client.
