hi, can we get gst no for providing services like designing, web work and other similar work without having any office.

You must be work from home i.e you can register in gst on home address as place of business
Yes you can get gst registration as per online work if you doing form home
Of course you can. I just did. Since you work as a freelancer from home, It will be nice if you had some proof of your work, for example, I had work time reports. Some documentation that you actually work with, or maybe a copy of your communication with clients.
